"BEWARE! Once you switch over to a new insurance carrier and cancel your policy, they will still charge you! I have sent MULTIPLE emails/texts and calls to cancel my policy and FINALLY received a text from someone in the office confirming my cancellation on 11/26. Unfortunately, I was still charged on 12/12. I will now have to file a dispute. Once I moved out of state and requested cancellation, they refused to follow up on multiple communications."
